A Property Checklist is a handy service of GNG Handyman for Landlords, Property Managers and Estate Agents ideal for between tenancies, sale preperation or as a periodic property check (preventative check).  This service is ideal for any Landlords etc. who may not live locally to the property.

• Carry out a 202 point checklist

• Supply photos

• Supply a quotation for any issues

All for just £60.00; this will be invoiced upon completion of the check and then deducted from the quotation/invoice for any agreed works, so basically, it's FREE!
